Tangaza University College Library history dates back to the foundation of the college. The college was founded as a Theological Centre of Religious. It opened its doors to the first group of students on 25 August 1986. Tangaza University College is currently recognized as a constituent College of CUEA. Since then the library has been part of the departments that support academic excellence.
As a centre of intense intellectual inquiry, the Tangaza University Library shares with the University the aspiration to be the most dynamic learning environment in the provision of holistic and transformational Christian education through dissemination and preservation of knowledge.
